Booking Deposit: $200.00 (plus HST and paid upon booking) (see Rental Regulations for refund policy). Damage or Failure To Comply Deposit: $200.00 (plus HST, see Rental Regulations) ... Hall Rental Includes: Set-up, reasonable clean-up, glasses, ice, tables, chairs. (Hamilton Air Force Association mix optional at $1.00 pp.). Special Occasion Permit and proof of $1.5m Insurance is required.
Hall Rental with Client's Bar (weekend)
Member Weekend Hall Rental: $600 plus HST
Non-Member Weekend Hall Rental: $650 plus HST
Hall Rental with Client's Bar (weekday)
Member Weekday Hall Rental: $175 plus HST (member is the monitor)
Non-Member Weekday Hall Rental: $250 + ($50 for a HAFA monitor), plus HST
Bartender Services
Bartender $20.00 per hour (not included in the rental price).
Second Bartender required when 60 to 150 persons attending.
Third Bartender required when greater than 150 persons attending.
Bartender arrives one hour before event.
Hall Rental with HAFA Bar
All drinks to be provided by HAFA. NO outside drinks allowed (incl. wine, alcohol, soft drinks, etc.). Bartender wages, set-up and reasonable clean-up included.
Weekend Rental
Member Weekend Hall Rental: $350 plus HST
Non-Member Weekend Hall Rental: $400 plus HST
Weekday Rental
Member Weekday Hall Rental: $75 plus HST (member is the monitor)
Non-Member Weekday Hall Rental: $175 plus HST
